I did this tag at the end of August 2009, December 2009, February 2010, August 2010 and again in November 2010. I was planning on using my Urban Decay Naked eyepalette on a makeup look again, because I love using it every day. I also wanted to do a look that’s easy to do for special occasions and that didn’t scream makeup, just gorgeous.
